A Job Corps graduation is an incredibly moving, emotional and inspirational experience! As a result of Job Corps’ holistic and comprehensive services, young people that chose to take control and transform their lives now have a clear path to start a career, enroll in higher education and/or serve our country through military service.

Tomorrow, March 30 not only marks ‘Good Friday’ but the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma has proclaimed it “Tulsa Job Corps Graduation Day.” Councilwoman Vanessa Hall-Harper spearheaded the council’s proclamation and is set to present it at Friday’s graduation ceremony.

Harper, along with representatives from Mayor GT Bynum and Congressman Jim Bridenstine‘s offices will join Job Corps staff, family, friends and community and employer supporters of more than 75 young adults to celebrate their graduation from the Tulsa Job Corps Job Corps Center.
