The fourth annual Black Wall Street Rally, which attracts people from across the country, is scheduled for May 15-17 in the historic Greenwood District. This year’s theme is “Paving the Way Forward.” 

The festival of history, culture, and music has drawn increased national attention since the 2021 Tulsa Race Massacre centennial. The two-day summer outdoor event hosts motorcycle enthusiasts, history buffs, and culture seekers alike.  

A series of events and activities are planned, including tours, live performances of music from various genres (Top 40, Southern Soul, Jazz, R&B, and Funk Music), 60 cultural vendors and food trucks, demonstration rides with Indian Motorcycle Company and 2025 models of Harley-Davidson, motorcycle audio competition, line dancing, and mechanical bull riding.

 12 p.m. – 8 p.m. Greenwood Street Festival Opening Ceremony North Greenwood Avenue and East Archer Street 
 9:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. Black Wall Street Official Welcome Party featuring DJ Cutty Cut Greenwood Cultural Center, 322 N. Greenwood Ave. 
Sat., May 17 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Local bands to perform Greenwood Business District 
 12 p.m. Panel discussions with industry experts  
 2 p.m. Day Party Ruby Red, 321 Reconciliation Way 
 8 p.m. (Gates open at 7:30 p.m.) Headliner Concert featuring Zapp Band, JUBU Smith, and the PC Band BMX Park, 490 N. Lansing Ave. 

The partners of the Black Wall Street Rally are the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, Greenwood Cultural Center, Greenwood Rising History Center, Black Wall Street Chamber of Commerce, Tulsa Visitors Bureau, and USA BMX Tulsa Headquarters.

Black Wall Street Rally 

The event’s mission is to help create greater awareness of the Greenwood community while supporting economic development for current Greenwood area businesses. The cornerstone of the event is to improve the financial disparity in communities of color through economic empowerment programming and higher education resources.
