  • TMCF/Lowe’s GAP Scholarship – The Thurgood Marshall College Fund, in partnership with Lowe’s, is pleased to provide need-based merit scholarships to graduating seniors. The scholarship awards range from $500 to $3,100. DEADLINE: Nov. 30

Community Service Scholarships

  • GEICO HBCU Tailgate Tour Community Contest – HBCU students can submit a 1-minute video describing the work you do in your community for a chance to win a $1,000 scholarship for yourself and another $1,000 for the charity of your choice!DEADLINE: Oct. 31
  • Lexus Verses and Flow HBCU Scholarship – A program that will award students at our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) for their academic excellence as well as their community involvement. DEADLINE: Sept. 4.

  • BASF/Alfred Chisholm Memorial Scholarship Fund – The scholarship is available to undergraduate sophomore, junior and senior students enrolled at HBCUs.Applicants must complete the online application and upload the following materials: 2 letters of recommendation, a 250 word essay and most recent official transcript.
