COVID-19 numbers are rising again in Green Country. And as numbers continue to rise, businesses are struggling.

Brian Kurtz with Downtown Tulsa Partnership says two businesses have closed within the past three weeks, Glacier Dessert Bar and Lassalle’s New Orleans Deli. Two small businesses have also recently closed during the pandemic.

Kurtz says that downtown’s businesses are struggling because many employers and employees are working from home. This lead to less foot traffic, creating a major impact.
