Dr. Kermit and Patricia Tilford will celebrate 60 years of marriage on September 30, 2021.
Both Kermit and Patricia prioritized education.
They met while attending Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.
To this union were born 3 children, Kermit, Bernadette and Milessa who also achieved degrees while attending their parent’s alma mater. The Tilfords are blessed with 5 grandchildren, Kermit III ( Baylor), Jazmyn (U of H), Alexis (U of H) Harper, and Hannah.
Dr. Tilford is an USAF Honoree. He faithfully served in the Korean War, 1952-56; Cuban and Vietnam crisis 1961-62. Patricia is a graduate of BTWHS, class of 1956.
