The city of Tulsa gave an update Tuesday on the recovery from the ransomware attack, saying cutoff and late-fee notices will resume with August utility bills.
City services “remain largely unaffected,” and Tulsa says resident impacts are low.
Customers with past-due balances should either pay them, setup a payment arrangement, or expect additional late fees or water shutoffs, the city said.

The permit center is open, but online functions aren’t likely to be fully back until the middle of the month.
