The Tulsa County Industrial Authority (TCIA) filed a lawsuit Nov. 16 to terminate its lease with the Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame, Inc. (Jazz Hall).

“TCIA is the landlord and has a lease with the Jazz Hall,” said John Weidman, TCIA attorney and Partner at Hilborne & Weidman. “The Jazz Hall entity has defaulted on its lease by failure to pay the obligations required by the lease.”
