Co-Chair Michelle Obama also to join call with online influencers to discuss the importance of registering and making a plan to vote this week
On Thursday, September 3 at 5:30 p.m. ET, When We All Vote Co-Chair Michelle Obama will host “Registered and Ready,” a virtual rally to engage and inspire eligible voters and volunteers to mobilize their communities now and during When We All Vote’s Week of Action, September 20th to 27th.
With less than 65 days until the election, voters will begin to cast the first early votes in states around the country soon. This virtual rally will serve as a major call to action to get as many eligible voters registered and ready to vote before their states’ deadlines. When We All Vote will also strongly encourage all voters to make their voting plan to vote early in-person or by mail.
Nationwide, When We All Vote Co-Chairs, ambassadors, partners and volunteers are using their platforms to ensure more Americans are registered and ready to vote — from NBA and WNBA teams and players to fashion brands and community organizations. On Thursday, Mrs. Obama will also host a call with online influencers about using their platforms to reach unregistered voters and ensuring that everyone has a plan to vote.
