Mayor G.T. Bynum, District 1 Councilor Vanessa Hall-Harper, and USA BMX CEO B.A. Anderson will hold a groundbreaking on Nov. 15, at 10 a.m. for the National BMX Headquarters. The event will be held on North Lansing Avenue north of East Archer Street (150 N. Lansing Ave. – former Evans Fintube site).
