The Oklahoma Baptist State Convention Mid-Winter Board Meeting will convene February 5-7, 2018 at First Baptist Church North Tulsa, 1414 N. Greenwood Avenue.

 

This conference will mark the first session presided over by incoming President Anthony L. Scott who was recently elected as the Bodies Eighteenth President.
The week kicks off with a musical on Monday night at 7 pm featuring a dynamic Mass Choir under the direction of Sister Velina Davenport. Tuesday morning, President Scott will officially open the meeting at 9am followed by individual ministry meetings from 9:45 am-3:30pm.
On Tuesday night at 7pm, there will be a special Investiture and Celebratory Worship Service held at St. Andrew Baptist Church, 3115 N. Garrison Avenue and hosted by Dr. Bertrand M. Bailey, Sr. The speaker for the evening will be Pastor Bryan Carter from the Concord Baptist Church in Dallas, Texas.
This session will conclude Wednesday morning from 9am-Noon with the Official Board Meeting being presided over by President Scott. Registration for the week is $20 . The public is invited!
