Serving as project manager for the 1921 Race Riot Commission, Dyer has the state of Oklahoma and the nation looking at him for his conception and development abilities following his Juneteenth event production and Wayman Tisdale Festival, both events were very successful. Dyer is also the director of Dyer Memorial Chapel.

Dyer has shown himself to be balanced and structed for such a time as this, with God, family and his community at heart; Tulsa north’s “Dr. King” is poised and ready for action always. Dyer truly has earned the title of: “renaissance man.”
