The Urban Dictionary describes a renaissance man such as: “a person who is ‘enlightened’ in all subject matter including arts, math, athletics, philosophy, music, history, and any other cultural aspect of society; a man who does everything and does it well.”
The description goes further to state that this person will enlighten the common people to make great strides in the advancing of knowledge for the purpose of bettering society.
