Proceeds To Support College Scholarship Funds

On Saturday, May 20, 2017, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., an indoor Marketplace will be held at Lacy Community Center (Lacy) 2134 N. Madison Place, Tulsa, Okla. Proceeds will benefit Lacy Park Scholarship Fund. Booth rent is available and early enrollment is suggested as space is limited and going fast. About Lacy Park

Lacy, a City of Tulsa facility, is a 13.4-acre park and a general recreation center with activities for all ages. The interior features a 60-foot mural by artist Felix Cole. Currently. The facility is currently undergoing some upgrading; however, the center is still open during construction.

This quarterly Marketplace event is just one of the many activities that Lacy offers. Programs include the indoor activities line dancing, swing dancing, a fitness room and Tae Kwon Do, and the outdoor facilities and activities that include municipal pool, water playground, lighted tennis courts, multi-purpose ball fields, picnic tables, and play areas.

 

A New Class This Summer

Polished to Perfection Financial Academy will be holding an eight-week course at Lacy beginning June 10 for high school students. The classes will meet on Saturdays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Contact Ms. Crawford at 918-921-1360 for more information.
